• Gold Spot and Derivatives Investment Advisory - Physical gold delivery, derivatives trading platform operations, and other services
• Global Asset Allocation and Cross-Border Wealth Management - Multi-currency account management, cross-border transfers, investment portfolio monitoring, and other services
• Fintech Tools - Digital tool services such as asset tracking, report generation, etc.

Your Responsibilities and Obligations

• Provide Truthful Information - You are obligated to provide true, complete, and timely registration and transaction information
• Legal Use - You may not use the platform for illegal activities such as money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud
• Maintain Platform Security - You may not interfere with the normal operation of the platform or attempt to bypass security mechanisms
• Account Responsibility - You bear legal responsibility for all activities under your account

Changes and Termination of Services

• Terms Modification - We reserve the right to modify the terms of service with 30 days advance notice
• Service Termination - If users violate the terms, we have the right to terminate services immediately and reserve the right to pursue liability
• Data Export - After service termination, users must export data within 30 days, or it will be anonymized

Liability Limitations and Disclaimer

• As-Is Service - Services are provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Loss Limitation - To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, profit loss, or data loss
• Dispute Resolution - Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, submit to Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)
